About Kenton
Kenton Whitman lives in Wisconsin with his wise and lovely wife, four horses, five snakes, two cats, two dogs, and some fish. Lately he’s been spending most of his time in the woods gathering experiences for a non-fiction writing project.
The writings on this site emerged from a variety of influences, including a rather adventurous childhood, life-long training in various martial arts, and perhaps most powerful of all, a summer spent in the woods of northern Wisconsin. His life experiences led him to question everything about himself and the world around him. The end result was something akin to the experience quested after by many eastern religions: awakening into a state where the world is seen ‘just as it is’. For the last fourteen years he’s been perfecting his methods of communicating that awakening to others.
This website is the culmination of that experience. It uses various methods to point us all in the direction of discovering for ourselves how joyous and amazing each moment of life can be.
