Zazen is a Bucking Horse

Ah, meditation –
Sit and do nothing!

“But my mind wanders,” you say.

Watch it wander!  Observe!
Don’t try to control it.  Watch it wander
like you’d watch a young horse buck and run through a field.

Delight in the vision!

What could be more appropriate than “mondo zen”? Love the new theme.

The trick was in giving up the trying. But I had to try to know what that means. Thanks for your many pointers! They are only seemingly obscure!

Such a beaituful poem and allegory and what a beautiful photograph!

Oh! Great work with the new web design! I love it and it seems more in-line with your new visions and projects, being so nature-inspired.

    Peace and love,
    Magnus

  3. Hello Kaushik,

Thank you so much — it was a while in coming, as I had some, um, technical difficulties making the switch to the new Wordpress version =)

  4. Greetings Magnus,

Thanks much — I’ll let Rebecca know that you liked her photo, as well. I do hope that a subtle shift in line with the rest of my projects (nature inspired, as you said) is welcomed.

Great to hear from you, as always =)

    Sweetwater,
    Kenton
